CORONAVIRUS HEALTHCARE - TESTING- NEW
The City of Los Angeles, in partnership with the County of Los Angeles and CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), is providing free COVID-19 testing to ALL Los Angeles County residents, whether or not you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Priority for the same or next day testing is still given to people with symptoms, such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Testing is also prioritized for certain critical front-line workers who interact with the public while working. Click the Testing for Front Line Workers button for more details.

Welcome back from Winter break MHS!

El Camino College and Inglewood Unified are partnering to offer IUSD students early and FREE access to college and career preparation. Textbooks and required materials are provided and dual enrollment college classes are free for high school students. K-14 Career Pathways are a two-year sequence of dual enrollment college classes that lead to a college certificate, associate degree &/or university transfer in a high demand career field. Students who start college in high school save money, finish their certification/degree quicker, and get early career exposure to the industry. El Camino is accepting NEW students for Spring 2021 in two K-14 Career Pathways. Open to 11th & 12th graders ONLY!

Fred Jordan Mission will provide Christmas baskets with food and toys for families in Los Angeles County. This will be a drive thru event. Registration is required. Distribution of baskets occurs on December 19th. There are no geographic restrictions.

The Department of Public and Social Services (DPSS) Adopt-A-Family program is accepting applications for participants seeking to receive gifts. An active case number (IHSS, CalWorks, CalFresh or Medi-Cal) is mandatory to be considered. General Relief recipients are not eligible for this program.
