Dear Parents and Guardians,

 

Welcome to the Morningside Parent Center! We are thrilled to have you as part of our school community and want you to know that we are here to support you in every way. Our center is dedicated to fostering active parent and guardian involvement in your child’s education, and our mission is to strengthen the connection between home and school.

 

At the Parent Center, we offer a variety of resources and activities designed to help you engage more in your child’s school life. Some of the services and programs we provide include:

  • Workshops and training sessions on how to support your child's learning at home.
  • Parenting workshops to help you build stronger relationships with your children.
  • Volunteer opportunities for those who wish to contribute to the school community.
  • School Site Council (SSC) and English Learners Committee participation, where you can have a voice in school decision-making.
  • Assistance with school communication tools such as Aeries, ParentSquare, and other platforms.
  • Informational events and meetings, such as Coffee with the Principal, where you can meet the administrators and discuss important school matters.
  • Many resources to support both students and families, ranging from academic assistance to community services.
 

Our goal is to create a welcoming and collaborative environment where parents feel valued and empowered to take an active role in their child’s education. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
